Central Pre-Mix Prestress Co., a trade name of CPM Development Corporation, is a member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute and manufactures and installs precast/prestressed concrete products.
Central Pre-Mix Prestress is located in the city of Spokane Valley in Washington State. Central Pre-Mix Prestress was established in 1958 as a division of Central Pre-Mix Concrete Co. and celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2008. The first project was to manufacture and deliver girders for the overpasses along Interstate 90 in Coeur d'Alene Idaho.
In 1997 Central Pre-Mix Prestress became a member company of the Oldcastle Materials Group, a subsidiary of CRH plc of Dublin Ireland. Central Pre-Mix Prestress delivers construction products to the States of Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Alaska and to the Provinces of British Columbia and Alberta Canada.
Central Pre-Mix Prestress manufactures wall panels, architectural panels, hollowcore, double tees, bridge girders, full deck bridges, custom precast/prestressed products and structural beams and columns.
